1. Install Joomla fresh J25.19 or J3.2.3
2. Install com-socical Locker--------> After component is successful installed ------> Go Extensions-----> Module Manager -----> Module mod_jasocial_locker
----> Go to Social buttons Tab-----> Facebook Like-----> Choose Recommend at Action Tyle------> Save
3. Go to Front-end site-----> Observer
