Cannot display pagination in sub-category

For example if you navigate to admin >>> Main Menu >>> Technology >>> Category Blog and choose to show pagination, it won't display here http://ja-teline_v.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/technology/33-personal-tech

NOTE : Make sure to check with K2 page as well since there's another customer reported the same problem in K2.
