the problem with html override of this template for the com_contact

<p>I am using the JA Community Plus Template with Joomla v1.6 (also v1.7) and I receive the following errors when filling out ALL fields on the Contact Form:<br /> <br /> <br /> Field required: Name<br /> Field required: Email<br /> Field required: Subject<br /> <br /> It appears as though validation is occurring incorrectly.</p>
