<p>Steps to reproduce:</p>
<p>1. Fresh install joomla 1.7</p>
<p>2. Intall Jat3 plugin 1.7 (ver 1.3.1)</p>
<p>3. Install Ja cloris 1.7 ver 1.2.0</p>
<p>4. Enable Plugin System - Language Filter</p>
<p>Browse with IE9 to get something like this:</p>
<p>Its ok when either switching Css compression OFF or Plugin System - Language Filter OFF.</p>
