Not show full images when set Integration Mode = Manual and no insert tag {jathumbnail}

<p>1. Go to article manager =&gt; Create new article =&gt; In Images and links: Insert Intro image &amp; Full article image for article <br />2. Create content for article with image attached into content</p>
<p>3. Go to plugin thumbnail =&gt; Set Integration Mode = Manual&nbsp;</p>
<p>4. Go to frontend =&gt; View detail article <br />==&gt; Result: Not show full images</p>
